Have you noticed the changes to our website?

After five years in operation, we realize that one of the most important things that we must do is change and evolve. In October 2020 we launched as just a radio station playing music and scheduling podcasts. In April 2021, we opened our first studio space and since then have continued to grow and make changes based on the times and different seasons and situations that we have faced. Change is an important part of life and realizing that we are always seeking to make changes and improvements to our platform as well as increase the value that we offer Kenyan creatives.

Change is not something new for Radio 254, it is something that we both welcome and embrace. In the coming months, hopefully, by October, we will be sharing some BIG news with the world about a BIG change that we are making but, in the meantime, we have taken some time to make some changes to our website that we hope will make life easier as well make our website more interactive and user friendly for our audience.

The first major change to the website is that we have added an online TV station to the products and services that we offer. Radio TV 254 is an online TV station that plays Kenyan music videos and content 24/7 and is on our website. The second major change is that we have also made it possible for people visiting our website to submit music under the music submission tab. The third but not last change is that users are now able to host their three-hour show by simply clicking on the schedule broadcast tab and signing up to host their show on the available dates. We look forward to our audience’s feedback on the changes made and look forward to sharing even more changes on the platform in the coming months. Look out for Kenyan Riddim and PlayKE coming soon.
