Zahrie Bhoke, the daughter of Kenyan entertainment veteran Jackson Makini Ngechu has began her journey as a musician following in the footsteps of her father popular known as CMB Prezzo. Zahrie is managed by artist manager Maisha Wirth who also manages Sol Generation Alumni, Nviiri the Storyteller.

As the old adage says, “the apple does not fall far from the tree”. It is interesting to see that Prezzo’s first born child has chosen to follow in his footsteps and pursue music. It will be interesting to see the trajectory that Zahrie’s career goes as she tries to build a name and career for herself away from the shadow of her father. Fans can only hope that one day, music lovers a treated to a father and daughter collabo.
