At Radio 254, we’re always excited to celebrate our Kenyan culture in fresh and creative new ways. When Kenya Cane launched the new Lemon and Ginger flavor, we were able to create a campaign that brought the vision to life through music, stories, and our culture. It was a chance to connect with our audience in a real way, highlighting what makes us proudly Kenyan while introducing a bold new taste that is just as vibrant as our people. We launched a campaign that wasn’t just about promotion; it was about honoring the essence of who we are.

The campaign was all about spotlighting the spirit of Kenya: our music, stories, and creativity. We brought this vision to life through a series of interactive on-air engagements, challenges, and conversations. There was laughter, beautiful memories, and a strong sense of connection that reminded us just how special it is to be Kenyan.

From celebrating iconic Kenyan sounds to sharing personal stories that reflect our shared heritage, our audience showed up in full force.

A highlight of the campaign was our exclusive interview with Yaba, artist and official brand ambassador for Kenya Cane. We dove into his musical journey, what being Kenyan means to him, and how his partnership with Kenya Cane represents a deeper connection to identity, creativity, and national pride. Through it all, we witnessed firsthand the power of storytelling and sound to unite people around something bigger than just a product, but a shared Kenyan experience.

We are truly grateful to Kenya Cane for trusting us with this campaign and for allowing us to be part of a journey that celebrates our shared culture, creativity, and identity. This collaboration was more than just a brand activation; it was a celebration of who we are as Kenyans. Asante sana to the Kenya cane team for continuing to invest in meaningful experiences that uplift and reflect the heart of our people.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Saracen and their amazing team for making this collaboration possible and for believing in the power of local voices. This campaign was a true celebration of Kenyan culture, and we’re proud to have played a part in it. We want to sincerely thank everyone who tuned in, participated, and made this campaign as vibrant as the Lemon and Ginger flavor itself. Asante again to Kenya Cane for trusting us to help carry the message forward. Here is to more collaborations that move the culture, proudly and locally Kenyan.
