Radio 254 is closing 2025 with a bang! After the success of The Hustler Challenge and Kenyan Riddim Challenge, we’re launching the #RentsDue Challenge on 5th November 2025. Kenyan artists now have the chance to win their December 2025 rent and feature on the #RentsDue Riddim, which will be played on Radio 254 and uploaded on YouTube.
How to Join:
Be a Kenyan artist. You can rap or sing on the provided instrumental.
Download the instrumental here: #RentsDue Beat.
Record your version of the #RentsDue Challenge/Riddim.
Email your MP3 to radio254@icloud.com by 25th November 2025.
Rent Rules:
Eligible artists must have rent under 25,000 Ksh.
Rent will be paid directly to your landlord; include their Paybill/Till number and the rent amount in your email.
Only December 2025 rent will be paid.
Selection & Rewards:
Top 3 submissions win their rent paid by Radio 254.
Winners are chosen based on creativity and quality—social media following doesn’t matter.
Even if you don’t win, your submission will still be included in the #RentsDue Riddim and shared online.
